National University of Singapore Graduate School is offering national scholarships (NGSS) for domestic and international applicants from around the world. These NGSS prizes are offered for outstanding students with an aptitude for doctoral research innovative high caliber of the National University of Singapore, Singapore.
Fields of Study / Subjects
PhD awards for offered in cross-disciplinary research in fields of :
- Science
- Engineering
- Computing
- Related aspects of medicine
Duration of Scholarships
Up to 4 years of the PhD studies, OR up to date of graduation. Award is renewable, subject to satisfactory academic performance of CAP ≥ 3.8 at the end of every semester

> Monthly stipend for Singapore Permanent Residents S$3,200

> Full tuition fee subsidy for 4 years
Monthly stipend for Singapore Citizens S$3,500, plus Central Provident Fund (CPF) contributions at a rate pegged to the prevailing employer contribution rate set by CPF
Opens worldwide
Graduates with at least 2 top honors, or equivalent securities
GRE is compulsory for all applicants except for NUS or NTU. Note that gate is not acceptable.
TOEFL is mandatory (only applies to applicants whose native tongue or medium of instruction grade is in English)
Students are not eligible for postgraduate scholarship from the President (PGF)
Graduates with a passion for interdisciplinary research in science, engineering, computer science, and related aspects of medicine
